Looking for a new role? We are looking for a Senior External Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Midshires Electrical & Lighting Ltd.
We are looking for a positive team player, that can lead by example when sales opportunities or challenges present themselves. An ideal person will have a drive, a warm personality, great interpersonal skills and the ability to manage themselves to a high level whilst encouraging others to supplement their goals. In addition, have the ability to work closely with the directorship when seeking support & guidance.
The Role:
- Looking after existing customers on a daily basis to maximise & drive the sales opportunities.
- Leading the various sales teams to follow successful examples set.
- Lead & project generation & help the sales teams to successfully win.
- Win day to day business through service, relationships & trust.
- Achieve sales targets set in relation to both turnover & Gross Profit to maximise bonuses.
- Business planning & review meetings working with senior team.
- Leading by example the drive for new trading accounts.
- To promote the good name of the Midshires team & further develop relationships with New and Existing customers.
- Work closely with the Management team to get the support required to build successful customers relationships.
- Ensure continual awareness of new & updated products as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experienced external Sales professional or very successful internally
- Electrical Wholesaling (min 3+ years required)
- Clean Driving License Required
