1. Check the code format is correct.
Usually the tracking number will be MIDS followed by your Order ID. It is possible however that the code is in a different format.
2. Double check your item has been shipped.
We will send you an email conformation detailing that your item has been shipped. This email will usually feature your unique Tracking Number.
3. Did we give you a tracking number?
Occasionally, we may not provide you with a tracking number. This might be because we have used a service other than CityLink. The reason for using a different courier will be to save you the higher delivery costs.
4. Give it a minute.
Although your item has been picked up from our warehouse, the CityLink system may not have updated the 'Job Status'. We'd reccomend that, once you have received our conformation email, you give it 30 minutes to update.
